The column itself is more of the same from a Rocky MT News writer, but he includes some interesting capsules at the end...
Through the first two weeks of the season, Denver and Pittsburgh are tied as the least-penalized team in the league.

Team W-L Penalties-Yds

Denver 1-1 4-30

Pittsburgh 1-1 4-35

Cleveland 0-2 6-62

New England 2-0 7-69

New Orleans 2-0 8-58

DENVER will have to answer the call in their defensive front. With Courtney Brown out of the lineup because of his balky left knee, the Broncos will have to find a way to hold the perimeter on the strong side of the formation. Kenard Lang and John Engelberger are lighter.
-----
NEW ENGLAND, knowing their offense has struggled some this season, is playing the confusion card this week. The team, which has run the 3-4 defense for much of Bill Belichick's tenure, played a 4-3 look against the Jets this past week. And the 4-3 puts Richard Seymour in position to make far more plays up the field.
O'Callaghan gets to work against "lighter" DEs...BB has everyone confused about the defense, who knew he could do that .

No-one I've read is bothering to mention that we're better at RT, C, LT than in the playoffs last year. LG too, although it's the same name it's not a rookie anymore.

Mankins is an "it's" ? Okay, Logan, he lives a little south of the old homestead, put it on your offseason to-do list.

The lack of penalties being called against the Bronco's is concerning to me.

I still haven't gotten over the refereeing debacle in Denver last year in the playoffs. That wasn't an accident. They intended to help the Bronco's win the game. I am 100% convinced of it.

Last week the Bronco's had ZERO penalties called against them.

Mike Shanahan is a smart coach. But since he has been the head coach in Denver, they have NEVER played clean football. They are dirty and it starts from the top down. There have been articles written about them. They ended the season of many a player because of chop-blocks. The league warns them but ultimately, nothing is really ever done.

Keep politics out of it, d!ckhead.

Easy, big fella. And not just b/c he's right.

Warning to FPF: Keep politics off this board. Your political statement has been deleted. It's a simple rule.

Yep, and the last columnist made no mention of how excited we get when Dillon and Maroney get the ball. The O line this year has been fantastic in run blocking. It is such a change from last year.
