Frankly, I'd rather not even have to take the risk.
On any given Sunday etc..etc..
In 2010 the Pats faced a clearly inferior rodent team, and then after a series of incidents and misplays ended up losing to the Rats.
The worst thing about that loss is that it made Rats fans lives. It became an indelible part of their mantra when praising the Sanchize or Rex since they went to two straight AFCC games.
Regardless of the fact that both appearances were extreme flukes, they still were in those games.
The Pats can pound and humiliate the Rats 100 straight times, and the games start to mesh into a hazy conglomeration of spankings that become indistinguishable from each other over time, but the Rats only need 1 fluke game to give them enough bragging material for a lifetime.
I'm glad they were exterminated last night, but lightning DOES hit things, and I'd rather not even have the possibility be there for the Rats to somehow beat the Pats in the playoffs.
