All I see watching Pittsburgh lately is straight up average QB play. Seems they start very slowly and also have relied on mediocre QBs on the opposite sideline to allow them back in to the game.

Not trying to look past the phins, but I have PIT's eek out win over the bungles fresh in my mind, who should have won that game.

We need psycho Tom out there right at the coin flip and need to hammer them early. And let BB handle the rest, as our coaching advantage will not let them back in the game.

Edit,

I'm actually leaning on being more worried about a loss in Miami then the following week.

The Steelers have the talent and mind set to beat anyone. They remind me of the 2010 “Can’t wait” New York Jets, except with much more talent on offense.
While I always want the Patriots to win every game, there is a dark, twisted part of me that wants us to give up home-field advantage to Pittsburgh...only to go into Heinz Field in January and rip their hearts out.

They don't remind me of that season's Jets in the least. The team that reminds me the most of that one in the AFC is the Jaguars.

Butler and safety help on Brown.
Gilmore on Bryant
2 gap and contain Bell inside.
Brady runs wild on zone D.
We’re gonna concede yards but hold them to field goals.

Even if the Steelers end up with the first seed I doubt they get past the divisional round so 2nd may be HFA anyways.

You just want to be able to go to the game.

They have barely been winning any of these past few games. It's not because they have been great or tough. The opposing Qbs and coaches have leads and have no idea how to keep them. It's absurd how bad these teams play in the fourth quarter.

Steelers won because of penalties and flags that converted 2nd and 3rd downs into 1st for them, and 2 morons on the Bengals defense who didn't shove Bell out of bounds.

I’ll be honest... the Pats playing their 3rd straight road game, 5th in 6 weeks, and on a short week, and vs Pitt... don’t be shocked if they slip up here.
I've been thinking the same thing. The only thing on our favor is that Pittsburgh plays Baltimore this week on s short week and those games often turn into rock fights so Pittsburgh may be beat up too.

Is it me or does Ben not look a hair slower with his release? Still has good velocity and he is still pretty mobile.

I am glad I turned the game off at halftime and went to bed........As soon as the Bungles gave up that long drive with 21 seconds left I knew they were doomed....

Pittsburgh looked very beatable by a focused Patriot squad.......Just hope Hogan and Cannon are back and healthy....would make the game a lot easier to win....and the ref's keeping ticky tack penalty flags in their pockets....

Any word on Shazier's injury.....that didn't look good.....was hoping for his sake it was a badly pinched nerve...

Edit :" Shazier update....Good news....Contusion ..swelling...under observation....surgery probably not required....

Also wiping Greens TD off the board which according to Gruden didn't look like holding even in Slow mo.
Can't believe they gave watt that penalty.
That made me dislike Watt what a turd.

part of the hotsportztakez narrative leading up to the Pittsburgh game..."MIKE, PITTSBURGH CAN WIN CLOSE GAMES, MIKE! YOU HAVEN'T WON A CLOSE GAME SINCE OCTOBER MIKE! PATRIOTS HAVE BEEN PLAYING TOMATO CANS MIKE!"

Tomlin/Ben vs BB/Brady ...

Patriots by a brain freeze and 2 INT's.....
