2.) Kevin Hughes also cleared waivers and is also on IR.
3.) Vince Taylor also cleared waivers and is now on Reserve PUP.

As of August 5th Pats have 89 active players
2 players on IR

Does that mean that Taylor could return after week 6?
Not that I want him to return at all, just curious of the reason his status is not IR like the other 2 stiffs.
Here's hoping that spot #90 is saved for Evan Mathis.

Thanks, I had forgotten about Fletcher's knee injury last season. I wonder if Bill risks placing him
on waivers or waits until he can place him directly on PUP.
