My thinking is possibly Pass...although I wonder if they do that is that not giving a gameplan away...He's a solid ST player and versatile..and?? A good RB..maybe have him activated to be used also in the mix of running backs..esp IF they decide to run the ball..and run the ball..run it until the Colts can not stop them!!
OR maybe a player needed because of injuries...but who knows..

A defensive back? They've worked out a bunch.

Why is Pass eligible to practice but not practicing?

They could run the ball every play and not need Pass.

Garrett Mills - another weapon for Brady to use. Has he been on ice all year for this game?

No.
They're saving Mills for the Bears.
Secret weapon.

Noone knows for sure, obviously, but one explanation is that they are waiting until the last possible moment (this Monday I believe) to start him practicing, thus extending the date they need to make a final decision until the last possible moment (an additional three weeks). If they take him off PUP now they have to make a decision before the Nov 26 game, might as well extend that by another game if you don't really need him right now, in case Heath Evans gets hurt in that game.

My spare change is on Bam Childress who has worked as a DB in the past and offers WR depth with Caldwell (knee), Gaffney (hand), Thomas (hand), Faulk(ankle), Graham (ankle), Jackson (hamstring), Mills (thigh), and Maroney (thigh) suffering from boo-boos.
