What don't you like? Take out Loadholt and substitute another tackle who actually had some chance of protecting Brady's grill. Does that make a difference?

You know, that one's not quite as bad as it looks. Pretend it's just 2 rounds and goes like this:
23 - Delmas
34- Moore
47 - Matthews
58 - Vaughn

Granted it's too heavy on DBs (give me an OL or even WR there), but not terrible.

It is a little heavy in the secondary, I expect a veteran FA CB to be in the mix for one of the starting spots. Hobbs & (Veteran FA or Wheatley) as starters.

I don't think they will draft 3 defensive backs in the first 4 picks. At least I hope they don't.

That's not too terrible for the first day, except for Freeman. Substitute Barwin for Matthews and the other first day picks are solid.

The problem that I see with the Scout.com mock is that while both Alphonso Smith and Darius Butler make sense, both of them together do not. They are two similar CBs, and we have too many other needs. Substitute a S like Louis Delmas, Patrick Chung, or William Moore for Butler and the draft looks more solid.

Umm it's a computer sim. It looks like they have QB need set too high for the Pats. After Cassel left they moved QB up. Also, OLB and all positions in the secondary are listed as a higher need.
