I don’t agree with the benching but BB has never wavered about going with the players he thinks give the team the best chance. Is he always right? Nope, but he is consistent.

Not defensively. He's always been limited with identifying talent on offense (without Scar).

Firing a coach mid-season accomplishes nothing unless there is a significant mutiny in the locker room which needs to be resolved (see the Raiders).

Yes- Bill needs to move on but for none of those reasons right now.

They have been a few plays away each game except DAL and NO. That is also not a reason to fire a coach mid-season. They just suck.

Between now and January 7th Bill's job is to guide the team through the next 8 games with class and to a top 5 draft pick.

He wasn't on the team in camp so he's had to learn the offense during the regular season, but as the 3rd QB he's instead often probably playing the part of the scout team QB instead (if Malik is not the one doing it, depending on the opponent). I felt like if they were gonna go to Grier it would probably have to wait til the bye when they could devote a week to getting him up to speed on the offense.
