DRAFT DAY DISCUSSION 2026 NFL Draft Day 3

I hear what you're saying but as Vrabel said "these are voluntary workouts". If Boutte wants to chill on a beach but still comes in ready to ball then I'm ok with it. He'll be here in June, mandatory.
You're correct as it is voluntary.. but it's the message it sends when you're a key part of the offense entering a contract year.. I can see if he's a seasoned vet with multiple all pros and accomplished.. however he's a growing player and I really love his game. Hope he remains.

Boutte needs to be here with these guys. I like Boutte alot. We know he wants a contract but I really hope he has some people around him in his camp giving him sound advice. Adding Doubs, and AJ in June makes his contract situation not as urgent as he may understand from the team perspective. His best bet is to remain here back up with another solid season.. he is going to vastly benefit from AJ & Doubs presence. Love Boutte and he needs to remain a Patriot. If he forces his way out prematurely he could be dealt to a team with no QB.. in that case he could probably be out of the league in 2 years!
Agreed, Boutte is one of my faves. Everytime he scores, I do a Shake My Boutte TD Dance. Then my wife comes out and starts shaking her booty. Then my dog gets all excited and starts shaking her booty. We're definitely a Boutte shaking family and want the Patriots to keep it that way.

Boutte is the perfect example of a guy who works hard, keeps his head down, and just improves from year to year. Trading him would be a big mistake. I'm not sure there's another WR in the league who catches contested balls better than Boutte. I like him better than AJ.

Fck AJ Brown. He's a descending player. We got Moss for a 4th. No way Brown is worth a 1st. I'd offer a 3rd for him. Nothing higher.

that's funny. Like it!! I agree and we can go back to last training camp where I was the one firm on K. Boutte being one our best wrs and some laughed on the forum. He's a guy that absolutely has matured and was top 5 in the league last season YPC. He's only 23 and he and Drake have a excellent connection. Curran seems to believe it's k.Boutte camp that put the trade speculation talk out there.

Panthers got a good one in Sam Hecht - C this late. Good value there.

Was it worth it to give up a fourth rounder to move up 3 spots to get caleb lomu?
Time will tell but I doubt it. However if they truly love the player I applauu the aggressiveness but to wait 70+ picks to choose again is a heavy price.

Surprised Michael Trigg is still there.

Horrible attitude, but a talented pass catching TE

How soon should we try to double up on Eli’s?

And I know I misspelled the plural of Eli.

Spellchecker knows better than I do what I meant and won’t take no for an answer.

Guess I was maybe wrong about the Pats trading up with CLV. I am surprised. It seemed the perfect spot and partner to move with. They moved 2 picks... but none with us.

What happened with his attitude? He's got like an 84" wingspan. He'd be an interesting big receiver for us.

Sadly the Bills look to have made 3 solid looking picks in round 4 with Bowry, Skylar Bell, and Kaleb Elarms-Orr.

I wonder if we are looking at a LB in round 5.

Pretty much refuses to block and makes very token effort if he knows the ball isn't coming his way. Went from USC to Ole Miss to Baylor in a space of like 4 years or something
