If Rodney misses out again it has to be something personal. Insane he’s not in yet.

Brees is a lock. Fitz is a lock. Gore might have a shot just because of bulk stats being so high even though he shouldn't. Yanda probably crosses the line this year imo.

Mankins is the only Patriot with a shot. Sorry I know everyone wants Harrison but he wasn't getting in before and the new rules guarantee it.

He's been eligible for about 13 years. He's not getting in. This year won't change anything. A lot of the league and voters view him as dirty and nobody who votes wants to go to bat for him. On pure merit he deserves it. But this is one of those cases where a guy who should be in but isn't an overwhelming first ballot or priority case would have gotten pushed over the line if he was well liked. He's the opposite so none of them care to push him through over other options.

Yeah they clearly don't like him. I just keep hoping they look up and realize how much they are ignoring it's greatest Dynasty.

I think Rodney's time might come after Brady and Gronk as that could trigger some nostalgia for the Dynasty and create some residual PR.

Realistically though you're probably right. They've shown they don't like us. Gronk and Brady will go first Ballot. They'll begrudgingly put in Adam and Bill at some point and then they'll probably throw away the key.

Edelman ok not in first year, but his post season nrs are insane & deserving too.
Bruschi & Welker you can also make arguments for, but anti-pats vote likely dooms them.

Welker had 903 career receptions in a career that saw him eclipse the 100 catch plateau 5 times but I fear the one catch he didn't make is going to keep him out of the HoF

The WR list is better than the others. Lot of quality candidates here.
