We’ll settle this in the playoffs…

I can't believe they can't design a safer helmet that isn't the size of a medicine ball.

We get it, eveything Wolf did poorly in 2024 was Bill’s system…. except the one thing that went right in Drake Maye. Sounds legit.

For the record I’m long past Bill being here, I forgot about him and Brady the moment they were gone… I root for the laundry, but then I’m not here blaming the 2024 dumpster fire on him either.
Oh make no mistake , I don’t think unfettered Wolfe was good at drafting at all. But another poster pointed out they were using Bill’s system in 2024 which was fair.

Wolfe is an implementer not a visionary.

Pretty sure Bill said somewhere he wouldn’t have drafted Drake.

Technically we should credit Mayo with Drake…but we also have to credit him for the rest of that legendary draft.

Vrabel directing Wolfe seems to be going well.

I’m happy.

That’s my point. Wolfe likely ran the show that year because Mayo was clueless. Vrabel comes in, sets vision of players they want, drafts improve

Wolf has been handling the drafts since 2022. He's a manager. He's not a talent evaluator. With a good GM, It shouldn't matter who the head coach is. As the GM, it's your responsibility to have your scouting staff find the most talented players and then sort them based on their intangibles. Wolf showed that he doesn't have the ability to evaluate the talent himself.

Vrabel, Cowden and Streicher came in, changed things up and gave Wolf his marking orders. The Scouting Staff prepares the data. They give it to Vrabel, Cowden, Streicher and Wolf. The Draft Board gets developed, but Wolf's opinion is not the deciding factor. That's Vrabel. Wolf handles contracts and trades. And he's OK at that.
