Vertical 39.5...maybe?I wish Kyle Louis was 6'2" (he's 6'). He'd be an ideal Mapu replacement that can also give you Elliss reps as well as the run and hit type reps they might be looking for from Khalil Jacobs. But at just under 6', can he be considered a TE eraser?
Fair point although Tight Ends can jump too.Vertical 39.5...maybe?
Anyone watched tape on this guy? Could be a UDFA target maybe
he has the best 10 yard split of any linebacker ever apparently. I've seen some clips and he's an impressive blitzer but I'm not sure how good a linebacker he is beyond that. I'd be more interested if we'd shown some interest.
Some can.Fair point although Tight Ends can jump too.
Pat Chung at 5'11" and 215 lbs. was pretty effective on TEs for a number of years.I wish Kyle Louis was 6'2" (he's 6'). He played defensive snaps as a hybrid nickel safety/linebacker. Not a huge amount of snaps for sure, but there was some.Mapu replacement.
Does he play well in 5 ST units?
Did Mapu do anything else?
I suspect that one of the players that elevates for the Practice Squad would do as well in that role as Mapu.He played defensive snaps as a hybrid nickel safety/linebacker. Not a huge amount of snaps for sure, but there was some.
I'm thinking that role gets expanded with the right draftee. The safeties they've been looking at do seem to have nickel flexibility.I suspect that one of the players that elevates for the Practice Squad would do as well in that role as Mapu.
I certainly support that idea.I'm thinking that role gets expanded with the right draftee. The safeties they've been looking at do seem to have nickel flexibility.
