2025 Wins total opening odds

Top notch coaching... Vrabel was under this 7.5 wins total each of his last 2 years in TEN. I think he's a good coach, but let's not make him out to be BB in his heyday either.

Our DTs are terrible vs. the run. Milton Williams has always graded poorly there and it's never been a strnegth of Barmore's either. Why do people think Kyrisis is good? He was practically a minimum signing. As likely to be cut in camp as he is to be the answer to anything.

I acknowledge our LBs and Safeties are good vs. the run and that helps make up for the poor DT play so extent, but our LBs and Ss also suck in coverage. With Gonzo/Davis I expect to be great at limiting outside WRs but I expect us to struggle mightily covering slots and TEs because we have so many poor coverage LBs/Ss and MJones isn't anything special in the slot (and no depth behind him if he continues to miss time here and there).

I do expect to be better, but people gloss over how truly terrible we were on defense last year. We can make tons of improvement and still be middle of the pack, which is what I expect. And then I expect to suck again on offense. Crap offense and middle of the pack on defense is no lock for more than 7 wins.
Huck my man.. we were dismal on defense.. we had absolutely no pass rush whatsoever.. we had 28 sacks.. Landy and Williams combined had 15 themselves.

Yes top notch coaching.. McDermott isn't on the same level as Vrabel in my opinion.. he's had Josh Allen his whole coaching career and hasn't been to a superbowl.. give Vrabel Allen in 2019 instead of tannehill he gets to the superbowl.

Milton Williams was one of best run players at his position and has been for a while.. as is Khyrisis as well. Vrabel isn't giving a interior DL 100 million is he can't play the run.

I would go with 6-8 wins. They improved their roster big time, and I am a true believer in Vrabel, I believe he is a great coach.

I will take the under...i have them at 6 wins, maybe 7. I would love to be wrong

I'd take the over due to the schedule, but I'd also wait awhile to see how draft plays out, maybe even training camp as think number won't change much before season starts. I want to see what Diggs availability will be week 1, and the offensive line in general.

We play Allen twice, Burrow, Mayfield and Jackson. The other 12 games we'll have the better QB. In the NFL that's huge considering I think our defense will be improved quite a bit.

Pre draft I think it’s a 7 win team, so that OU makes sense

Bills W
Jets L
Dolphins W
Falcons L
Browns W
Steelers L
Panthers W
Raiders W
Giants W
@ Bills L
@ Dolphins L
@ Jets W
@ Bengals L
@ Ravens L
@ Saints L
@ Bucs L
@ Titans W

Home schedule is easy, road not as much. I've got an 8-9 finish for the over.
10-7:
Split the AFCE games 3-3.
Split the AFCN games 2-2: beat Browns & Steelers at home, lose to Bengals & Ravens away.
Split the NFCS games 2-2: beat Panthers, lose @Bucs, split Falcons & @Saints.
Beat the others 3-0: Raiders, Giants, @Titans
Pivotal games are the Steelers at home and the Titans away. And we need to split our 6 division games.

The schedule structure may be favorable too: every away game is east of the Mississippi, we should have mostly 1:00 start times, and we're due for a mid-season bye.

Over
Defense is already better, OL is a bit better, coaching on both sides of the ball is way better, we draft high in every Rd, with more smaht people, draft is good for D, and I'm guessing OL and WR/TE/RB will be added to.
Pretty weak schedule if those teams don't get much better.
I'm guessing 8+ Wins

I'm going to further and say more wins

Spilt with Buffalo we always lose in Buffalo however it will be a close game

Sweep Jets

Miami I think we finally have the defense to Stifle that offense. Vrabel figures out McDaniel offense and we sweep them.

We can beat :

Bucs, Saints, Steelers, Panthers, and Falcons, Raiders, Giants and Titans..
We beat Jets 2x, Buffalo 1x ,Miami 2x

That's wins 13 wins!!

Losses:

Bengals, Ravens, bills

Give me the over...the floor is 7 wins in my opinion. I think they win 8-9 games.

Assuming they get the draft right.... I would take 6 wins at home, best case, and 3 on the road, best case. Every year is different for every team and hopefully we see the Dolphins slide. Injuries usually play the central role, and the Pats have a lot of youth, competition at every position, etc. and few superstars that they rely on outside of QB, so hopefully that insulates them a little bit from the injury bug. I'd love to go 4-2 in the Div and still be in contention for a WC slot around Xmas time. That would be a nice change.

Our schedule is so easy I honestly can see us making a wildcard push which should be exciting.

6 - 8 wins.

Not showing off, but not slacking either. Talking Playoffs, but still humble.

See.. for me I'm thinking higher.. going to be very difficult to score on us

Seven wins should be the absolute basement for this team with all the $ Krafty Bob splashed around. They signed players with good resumes and solid production. Barring catastrophic injuries a THREE win improvement over Jerod Mayo should be the minimum ask for Vrabel. With a competent coach last year they're a six win team. If Vrabel can't win 7 games this season, he is a terrible, overrated coach.

Anything from 6-9 wins would not surprise me.

Going to be very difficult for teams to move the ball on us.. we have players at every level of the defense.

On offense Josh can run anything he wants now to keep Defenses off base. Diggs can line up anywhere and has to be accounted for.. Gibson out the backfield is going to be a menace for defenses.

10 plus wins.

I was actually considering playing this bet this year but Vegas always seems to know what they are doing. If it was 6.5 I'd be all over it. Do they let you shift the line for better odds? I'd consider 8.5 or 9.5 if I was getting more than even money.
