Buffalo is unfortunately making the playoffs. They are too far ahead of other teams . KC is hanging on by a thread so the chances there are more than 50% that they miss the playoffs unless some other teams completely collapse.

Bills will be 1 and done. Whoever they play.

What worries me about this scenario is if we beat the Bills next week they would mean we'd have to beat them 3 times in a season. And historically that is difficult.

14/22 times a team who won the first 2, also won the 3rd game - going back to the 80’s - 12/6 since 1990

I do honestly think if they have a losing season or near-losing season and don’t make the playoffs at all, he may just retire. This team likely isn’t getting much better next year, his QB isn’t getting any younger. I don’t think he wants to claw and scrap for a 7th seed for his final year or two. But maybe he wants that win record, who knows?

I think they're heading towards a dream scenario personally as the 5 seed going to Pittsburgh, that's a double digit win for even this version of the Bills.

If they end up as the 6 seed and go to Houston/Jax that could be bad for them but i think whoever gets the 5 seed is gonna win as a road team.

The Steelers are a bad football team.

I think this version could lose against the Raiders or jets at home. After all,, we lost to the Raiders. They suck, and I'm not saying that because I hate the team, I mean they really suck.

1. Drake Maye
2. Josh Allen
3. Justin Herbert
4-6. Bo Nix, Trevor Lawrence, CJ Stroud
7. 42 yo Aaron Rodgers

Do you trust any of these guys other than Maye to put their team on their shoulders with the fame in the line?

Allen and Herbert have the ability, but not a great playoff track record.

The others?

Yes.
Allen has won in the playoffs and lead him teams to leads with the game on the line only to see his coaches and D blow it.
Maye hasn't played a playoff game, so to talk like he can be trusted to carry his team in the postseason more than Allen is pretty ridiculous .
Herbert has potential as you mentioned.
Rodgers...if he has a pristine pocket, maybe.
The other three are definitely down a rung, but they all have good defences.

This is why I'm not remotely afraid of the Texans. Game management and clock management is F-tier.

Why I think the Texans AND Broncos are favorable match-ups is the Browns game. Garrett 5 sacks, NE 32-13. Our offense can face problems, but Maye is just that good.
