2025 Senior Bowl

Re: Taylor, he's only 20 years old. Lots of room to grow, both physically and mentally. Seems like a very solid kid, with a HoF dad. I imagine Vrabel would respect that (and vice versa). Vrabel might be the best HC for a young guy like that who's grown up around the game, since Vrabel played DE/OLB and TE at a very high level.
shades of Connor Barwin in reverse? lol

And it would make his dad cheer for the Pats. lol

David Walker v Anthony Belton

Belton might be strictly a LT
That's why I think Conerly was unfortunate to get some negative publicity following that Mike Green rep because he was playing on the wrong side and the footwork is different. As for Belton, I'm plugging him into my mock as a RT currently because I think it takes more than a day to switch sides but is still learnable.

I think the BC kid is strictly a RT from what I've seen

OK I'm sold. Kyle Williams Washington St

Wow! he froze that CB like Mitchell McConnell in congress. Make sure that which way did he go CB is off our Board.

I wonder what the distinction is anymore. I don't think edge rushers solely line up on the blindside in the modern game. Watching Abdul Carter he's just as often rushing from the defensive right as he is the left.

I like Williams also but he is going against Tommi Hill from Nebraska(my favorite college team) and Hill is not a good CB

Near the end they had Hill take on someone 3 consecutive times and he almost ended up getting hurt on the last drill. I think the coaches are letting the players go rogue a little too much. It's fun to see the energy but every prospect should be getting in their reps at this huge opportunity in their life.

David Walker v Anthony Belton

IDK if that's such a decisive win for Green. He had to go way deep to get past Belton and you would hope a QB would be able to step into the pocket or throw it before Green went flying by behind him.

It wasn't Green but David Walker. I tend to agree although he did 'affect' the QB. Stepping up into the pocket is fine so long as you don't have Mason Graham bearing down on you. I posted it more to show Walker's speed and athleticism.

The rough thing about one on ones are the OTs are at a disadvantage because the edge doesn't have to worry about any run fits or edge setting and they can use moves they might not be able to use in a game setting.

Wrs can do all their dancing at the line, which is not very realistic. I like watching the 1 v 1s, but take them with a grain/silo of salt.
