It is. And as it stands now, Buffalo is 5 million over the cap for next year. They could make it work, but Cook would have to take way less money.

They already locked Cook up.

How about BB drafting Pop, Mapu, Barmore, M Jones. The Pats miss Boutte. Who ever thought that would be the case?

It became very concise that Boutte would become a large part of the offense in training camp.. he and Drake had a built connection going back to last season..

He is definitely missed. Drakes completion % when targeting to Boutte is sick.

Absolutely. I've said myself he's the David givens that Brady had.. every QB needs a reliable wr.. even if they aren't a prototype number 1.. Great hands and route running will always win.

I didn't realize Williams had that kind of explosive speed. That was a sprinter in action down the right sideline. People talk about a Steve Smith comp, but Smith never ran like that. He's also got moves off the line as well as strength. Josh and Drake need to cook up some stuff for him.

Another great win. Some thoughts:

1. I really like Woodson as a player. He seems to be getting better and better each week. I could see him being a very good player for this team for years to come.
2. IMO Diggs is our best football player. Not the most important one, but the best.
3. All of a sudden the teams depth does not look so bad. There are guys contributing on special teams, backups contributing on the D-line, etc...
4. Trevion Henderson is a home run hitter and an 80yd TD waiting to happen. I previously saw Curtis Martin in him; now I see Eric ****erson.
5. Mack Hollins is just a good football player. A 'glue' guy that you need on a team like this.

Agreed 40.. but I'd argue Diggs is very important.. a savy veteran route runner with great hands.. who's the vocal and emotional leader for not just the offense but the entire team. That's vital. Guys like diggs, Boutte, Hollins Brady would have loved to play with.

Yes definitely. Boutte was/is on pace to probably see 800-1000 yards and double digits TDs this season.
