2025 NFLPA Team Report Cards

One interesting note, Vrabel was given a B+ grade in last year’s ratings (which followed his last season in Tennessee in 2023). The report said, “94% of players feel that former head coach Mike Vrabel was efficient with their time (13th overall),” and “The players feel that Mike Vrabel was somewhat willing to listen to the locker room (19th overall).”
Same grade as Mayo, LOL.

When will the new facility be ready?
Maye said next spring was what he heard in the recent podcast he was on with Chris Long. Report Card summary essentially said the same thing. Apparently, they finally broke ground this past December.

When will the new facility be ready?
Here's that bit that was in the report card:

"The Patriots rank 31st overall this season, but there are signs of progress. Following last year’s report, owner Robert Kraft announced a $50 million investment in a new facility adjacent to the stadium, which broke ground in December and is expected to open in 2026."

How about just playing some football?

I just find it ironic that a team consisting of many, many players who arguably aren't good enough to be in the NFL can be so tone deaf. They ought to be on their knees thanking whomever that they live a privileged, luxurious life that 99% of our total population can't even fantasize about. Spoiled assholes...
The NFL is a business, you need to attract people to work for the business. If the place has a low reputation, they end up needing to either pay good players a premium or accept bad players that can't find work anywhere else.

It's pretty obvious now that the allure of the GOAT QB is gone and players don't think they can have a career year here and get a good contract somewhere else, that players have no reason to flock to New England because they don't run a top end org.

For all of Jerry Jones' problems, the Cowboys roll out the red carpet for players so they always seem to get top end talent. We've been coasting off of selling a magic ring winning culture that no longer exists.

And it's this kind of attitude toward employees that will earn the employer a low grade.

It's also how reputations in any industry develop. Then you get stuck with low tier employees because the good ones don't want to be there and they only consider you by giving you a high pricetag for their services.

If the players are going to give Mayo a B+ then I cant take any of the other grades seriously.

Players generally like their HC. They care about the day to day not what fans worry about

I really hope Orchids takes a long, hard (no pun intended) look at how he operates and his level, and nature of engagement with the players and adjust accordingly.

Just looking at the individual grades and owners like tampering Stephen Ross, Arthur "Shooting" Blank, and the Catholic priest protector Gayle Benson ranking higher is pathetic.

This is bad

  • -Owner Robert Kraft’s average rating for perceived willingness to invest in the facilities is 6.15 out of 10 from the Patriots players, a ranking of 28 out of 32 owners in the league.

  • -The players feel that Kraft slightly contributes to a positive team culture, a rank of 30 out of 32.

  • -The players feel that Kraft is somewhat committed to building a competitive team, a rank of 30 of the 32 NFL owners.

And the Cowboys never win ****.

No but they get good players and we haven't won in awhile and have one of the worst rosters. Yeah if you luck into Brady people will come. Tom Brady isn't coming through that door and a lot of fans should reconcile with the reality that we probably finished our era as a team with a QB anywhere near that stratosphere and will have to do things the hard way now.

I was in elementary school when this movie came out. To this day as a 42 year old man, Tim Curry as Pennywise the Clown still scares the **** out of me.

I really hope Kraft sells the team. He is one of the worst owners in pro sports. If **** Rehbein didn't convince Coach Duplicitous Pond Scum (Thanks Kevin Mannix, 2000/2001) to draft Tom Brady, Krafty Bob is probably on his 10th coach since he drove Parcells out of town.
This is a joke.

Kraft wanted to put Bledsoe back in once he was all healed up, but BB said no. Kraft reluctantly gave in, but told BB his job was on line if he was wrong sticking with Brady. There is no Pats Dynasty without Bill Belichick.

Did you see the Jets? Johnson apparently didn't like the low grades/complaints by the players they got last year, so they fired their dietician and then apparently lowered their investment in the food in response to that. Crazy stuff.

Johnson is one of those "born rounding third" billionaires who is just a petty prick that is upset people don't take him seriously and see him for what he is. He knows he has a franchise in a prime location that the league would love to see be a constant big deal but everyone around him views him as the problem. So he lashes out.
