2025 NFL Combine

Isn't that Jason's time? Pretty sure Devin ran a 4.38 the following year. He posted fantastic numbers all around, actually. We'd be fortunate to have another player of his caliber at safety.
No, it's Devin's combine time. He stood on those numbers at his pro day. Jason ran a 4.30.

Edit: So Devin did run a 4.38 according to mockdraftable. I was using NFL.com who, not for the first time, are wrong.

Nope, we're both right! 4.38 was hand held. 4.48 official. Good reminder that it's all relative and subject to human error.

On to the TE's.

Fannin - 4.73
Terrance Ferguson - 4.64 (that's good).
Jackson Hawes - 4.83
Gunner Helm - 4.93 (ouch!)
Bryson Nesbit - 4.89

Not a good group. Only 1 under 4.7 on the first runs.

Ferguson, who I had in a lot of early mocks has looked good in the testing, but I have not been able to watch any on field drills. Could someone pass on there opinion on the TE onfield drills

Thank you in advance

Love Amos. Hairston I've only recently watched, and I will be shocked if he's not a top 30 - 40 pick. With that run, he's probably a first round lock. I was surprised I haven't heard more buzz around his name.
Watch Kone! My favorite is still the play vs Wisconsin at 27 seconds where the WR uses a ref as a pick lol

Mason Taylor looked really good. Gunner Helm was not that good. No-one else really stood out. If we want a TE, we'll have to go early - the to 4 or Ferguson would be the only ones I'd draft based upon that performance. I'd include Jackson Hawes as the blocking TE.

Fannin and Nesbit biased on their body type I thought they would run under 4.6.

In what was a weak TE class, Jalin Conyers of Texas Tech might be a name to consider. He had a 6.94 3-cone at 260lbs and looked very sure handed in the gauntlet.
