It's easy, and only takes a few moments. The distribution of NFL WRs by 1,000 yard seasons and pro bowl seasons by the RAS metric. Basically, approximately 50% of receivers who had a 1,000 yard season or pro bowl appearance had a RAS of 8 or greater.
Yeah I don't put too much stock in it except to say it matches what others are saying on Egbuka. He does sound like one of the best character prospects in the draft.1) who is this guy?
2) I read it as he really liked Egbuka and didn't like Burden, other than that, I don't have a lot of takeaways. It sounds like kids are kids.
I have read some stuff on Burden being a ****, too, so he's not really unearthing any new ground here.Yeah I don't put too much stock in it except to say it matches what others are saying on Egbuka. He does sound like one of the best character prospects in the draft.
I think there's a lot of sneaky good WR's in this Draft class. I like Tory Horton - Rick White - Pat Bryant and Tai Felton...from Rounds Four on.Starting to be in the Tory Horton camp at WR. I'd be fine at 77. Even better if he made it to 106, but don't see that happening. I'm coming around to the belief of Campbell/Henderson in the 1st 2 rounds. For WR's after that, the team needs some explosiveness at the position. Horton is better after the catch for a 6'3 guy. He's a little lean, but I'm sure his focus recovering from the knee injury was speed. Could easily see him packing on a few more lbs as time passes.
Campbell, Henderson, DE/DT, and Horton would be a very good Friday and Saturday at the draft to me.
Don't sleep on Dont'e Thornton either yeah I know that name Big 6'5 Kid with Elite Speed.Starting to be in the Tory Horton camp at WR. I'd be fine at 77. I really like Horton. Ran a 4.41 at the combine while possibly not being fully fit post-injury so there's probably more to come. I love that he extends and catches with his hands and has excellent body control.Starting to be in the Tory Horton camp at WR. I'd be fine at 77. Oh and I really like T Horton and is surprised he not getting as much press as the others...ie Jayden Higgins who's the least of the Big WR's I like. Horton really looks the part.Anyone certainly could flourish with the right coaching and offense, so I'm not going to write anyone off.
Personally, I'm not on board with those guys. Maybe depth pieces but we need impact. Felton has a lot of Tyquan Thornton to his game. You could also say Jameson Williams, as well, so i see what you like. A vertical receiver with speed is something the team could use, but is it a role they'll utilize? Bryant just doesn't have the separation skills to me, and he doesn't have such exceptional size or leaping ability that his contested catch ability will carry over. I do like Ricky White but if he's a slot only guy, I dont know if his body type can hold up. He's considerably leaner than even someone like Jakobi Meyers.
Dont'e Thornton, I'm on board with. Just because of the freakish size, burst, and speed. You never know what you can unlock.
My think with Horton is, he's got the potential to impact all levels of the field. A 6'3 guy that can move with the ball in his hands underneath but also take the top off is a hard cover. He's got work to do of course, that's why he's a 3rd/4th round guy. I just like his traits plus what he's shown on the field and think there's real impact starter potential, not a role filler.
