I have never understood why the Pats depended so heavily on D McC but when he retired BB never signed or drafted anyone in D McC's mold. It is like BB never tried to replace McC. I have never understood why BB went to Duggar/Peppers/Mapu instead of a D McC clone. What am I missing?
