Alamo's Predict The Score 2025 Alamo's Predict the Score Contest Week 9: NE vs ATL

Falcons been up and down all year. On the road with Michael penis nursing his knee. Darnell Mooney sucks and gonzos got drake London.

Nervous about Robinson though. His speed especially on edge runs is dangerous and I've seen WAY too many missed tackles. Not confident in Mapu or Tavai being able to stop him at all.

He'll be the closest to 100 yards this season as he can break runs. 93 yards on 17 carries with a td.

Pats 27-10

Post your predictions here for Week 9, New England Patriots vs Atlanta Falcons

This contest is open to everyone, it's both a weekly and a season-long contest. Stakes are bragging rights.

*********** PLEASE NOTE THE SLIGHT CHANGE FOR THIS SEASON *********

******** Above the reply box is now an area to make your score prediction: ************

Here's an example of what it looks like:

You just slide the red markers and select your score, and then post your reply with your prediction and any additional comments in this thread so we can keep it the same way it always has been, with the exception of having you pick your score. This allows either me or @alamo to update the results much faster, ie: I've been posting the results within a day or two after the game

You will also want to drop a comment with your prediction as well for the sake of keeping the spirit of this contest intact as that's how @alamo has always done it. The scrollbars are just to make it easier for it to be tallied.

Getting back to the rules, as a one-time allowance for computer problems, forgetfulness, or whatever, one week can be missed and will be assigned that week's average score.

SCORING:

Your score is the COMBINED deviation of your predicted score for the Pats and opponents REGARDLESS OF DIRECTION.
For example, if you predict Patriots 31 Falcons 23 your score is how many points off of 31 the Pats are (over or under does not matter) PLUS how many points off of 23 the Falcons are (over or under again does not matter). Game winner does not matter. Lowest score wins.

You may change your prediction at any time before kickoff, which the window will close at that time and your selection will stand. Please keep this thread to predictions only (after you make the pick), no back-and-forth discussion of the game. A short comment explaining your pick is OK and encouraged after you've made your selection.

Good Luck!
LFG Patriots baby!!!

Pats 34, Atlanta 17, in something of a letdown game for the defense.

Even though the Falcons are likely to get Pennix and London and a few others back, I don't think they are very good. Should be interesting though since they are a man defense and Maye has been picking apart a lot of zone defenses recently. They gave Allen fits, but I haven't seen Maye get rattled like Allen can at times. I think the Pats defense will slow down Robinson and force Pennix to throw which will give the Pats the biggest advantage because Pennix is not an accurate passer.

Pats: 28
They still ain't over 28-3: 13

EDIT 7:37 11/2/25 - With Stevenson out, I am revising my score a bit.

Pats: 24
Falcons: 13
