If I rummage through what I take to be the facts of the matter, I think the Pats will lose, and I think that if they do lose, it'll be by a pretty substantial margin. But since they have been surprising me all season, I feel like they'll win a close game, so that's what I am going with. I know that doesn't make a lot of sense, but since I don't ever actually bet on anything, making sense is sort of optional. My wife, FWIW, informs me that I make little sense anyway, and everybody seems to regard her as a pretty good judge of such things, so I have come to terms with my limitations. She sucks at math, though, which sort of balances things out.
