It is. He's one of the reasons it's considered such a good draft class.

Penn State have just pulled within 3. Indiana are brilliantly coached and have great depth with players who play well above their perceived value. I haven't been overly impressed by Mendoza today though. A starting QB in the NFL? Yes. A franchise QB? I'm not sold yet.

And right on cue Mendoza throws an INT giving Penn State the ball in Indiana territory. This will be a big game for his draft stock.

OK I was wrong. Incredible final drive by Mendoza to probably win the game under loads of pressure. Finished by an incredible TD catch by Omar Cooper over Zakee Wheatley who played it almost perfectly. Incredible finish. Penn have 36 seconds to get a FG.
