Oof

Now that the Pats aren’t on prime time much and I refuse to buy the NFL ticket anymore I don’t get very many looks to see how bad they are.

Crazy to think how fast it changed. Don’t think I missed a Tom Brady snap for 15 years, but I barely looked up from my phone much after halftime. Laughable product in Foxboro right now.

Yeah... I see your point. It definitely a different culture. I just think the game was over after the first offense snap. We played a former MVP, future HOF QB last night. Roger's has weapons at his disposal.. 2 great backs.. guys on the outside that get open.
They built an OLine of high draft picks and former all pros… Wolf signed jags.

Isn’t pointing out the Pats biggest weakness and one of the Jets strengths important?

Disagree. He's the biggest clown here. He even has the red nose and floppy shoes.
You chase me around and laugh emoji everything I say, I thought you found me hilarious.

But you want to start Maye behind this line that just gave up 7 sacks…

Tyron Smith gave up pressures and a sack.. that former all pro? Wolf played the jags he inherited.. we have no idea what Wallace and Robinson will become as players. They are forced to play becuase Lowe, Wheatley, are JAGs.

We have some good players as well… the Jets accumulated 400 yards of offense and won. Probably not a good time to say they stink.

Wolf didn’t play jags he inherited, he brought them all in… do you just talk and think afterwards?

Rodgers can be a top 10 QB and still be overrated. He was being called better than Brady for quite some time and I found that irksome.

Time will tell what the future brings.

Do you think the Jests have enough to beat KC in the playoffs?
Not sure about NYJ vs KC.

ps. maybe it's just me, but I was pissed they didn't call a TO at the end and take a couple of shots into the endzone. We just accepted defeat and walked off.
Two all-out blitzes later, you would been saying how unlucky it was for Maye to be out for the season with an injury. With game in hand, the jets were allowing Maye breathing room as he ran out the clock. If the patriots wanting to threaten to score, the situation would be changed.

I think offense and defense share the blame. To summize Brissett is Bailey Jones minus the INTS.
The Defense was overmatched by Rodgers, pure and simple. Losing Bentley is huge.
=====
Let me repeat one stat on the Offense. Maye's final drive constituted 31% of our offensive reps. The Offense was beyond awful.

If this is true, after the prime drafting positions we just had in April, then the Patriots have much bigger problems than a lack of players.
I said it before and I'll say it again, nobody was drooling over the Brown offense the last few years. The reason he's here is because his meat-and-potatoes offense is easy for a young QB to pick up.

What you don't like 98 yards passing? Lol

Watching Marcus on Jones on big WRs is like a man among boys.. Mike Williams and lazard are just to big for those guys. If Purdy dices us up then I'm officially backing out on the defense being top 10.

To me, this is not complicated. The Krafts chose to buy the argument that the player acquisition staff - Wolf et al - were better than the team's dismal record of failure in Belichick's last few years would suggest because Bill ignored their input, and that once Bill was removed their sound advice could form the basis for future acquisitions and all would be well. This has turned out to be utter horseshit. Wolf at al were part of the problem, integral to the team's player acquisition failures and misjudgments in strategic planning for player acquisition.

The Krafts should finish the job of cleaning out this failed group. I would fire Wolf and his merry band of fools this week. He blows.

Right but that offense was pretty good.. 11th ranked I think and they were functional with some pretty good O lineman. Better skill players.. chubb, Moore, Njoku, Cooper . At this point I'd take 50 year old Flacco over Brissett.
