Trading up for OT and not WR?

Pray for the geniuses here who want the Pats to take MHJ at 3 and think that WR is the second most important position behind QB.

After reading the article in the athletic it seems like the plan is Maye. If Maye surprisingly goes at 2 then the plan is to trade back and get assets then use some of those assets to trade back up and grab Jj McCarthy. Trading back then trading up seems like playing with fire so I hope it goes chalk.

If only he had drafted more WRs in round 1, amirite?

So other than a Center which we would never pick at 3 or even in a trade down
All the other positions of need are around 50%(OT-59%,OT-46%)
WR-27% is too much of a risk
Then it is a no brainer. We will eventually need a QB. Spin the wheel on a QB at 3 or a small trade down if you think your guy will be there

Just 1 more day until the draft! Excited, nervous, not sure what's gonna happen but picks #2 and #3 are pivotal in this draft and we have one of those picks!

If only he had drafted more WRs in round 1, amirite?

If only he hadn't drafted N'Keal "El Busto" Harry in the 1st round in a golden generation of receivers and then followed that up by drafting Tyquan "N'Keal Junior" Thornton over Pickens! Facts don't care about feelings. Results are what matter.

At this point I’m expecting the Pats to pick Maye at #3.

Reportedly our QB whisperers love him.

If we are going to overrule then why did we hire them.
I’m leaning that way myself. But I think Vikings are going to make a strong push to trade.
