Patriots close out the 2024 draft by taking Seminoles TE Jaheim Bell.

6'2 241 lbs. Ran a fairly athletic 4.61 40 at the Combine. Seems to be a versatile guy that can line up as TE or H-back.

Scouting report:

PS Congrats to @BUSTAMOVE for predicting the Jaheim Bell pick just before it happened.

Either he has moles working in Foxboro or he should play the lottery tonight and earn some big $$ with his prediction skills!

Anyone else who saw Bell to the Patriots ahead of time, go ahead and take your flowers. Anyways this draft is over and what a wild ride it has been.

There's no telling how any of these kids will turn out for sure, but there's hope now for Patriots Nation. And that's a good thing. LFG!!!

Twitter skills aside, this kid has a nice skillset. I like this pick.
I don't think I've ever understood a single word Cam Newton posted on Twitter but he was still an amazing player in his prime!

Love this pick. I've been WAY out of the loop this draft season (I probably haven't posted in over half a year since life has me so busy), so everything was a surprise this time around. As soon as I watched Bell I loved his play style. I don't know if he'll turn out any good, but he's a physical player who fights hard at TE/FB and looks like he brings a spark to the offense. What Jonnu Smith was supposed to be?

Big props to @BaconGrundleCandy as always for his breakdowns. I read through some of his threads the last couple days and it was an invaluable crash course. Excited for the upcoming season!

BGC is a treasure trove of draft information for this community.

They are arming the offense with guys who have sure hands and can make plays.

If he can make the team, I see him being a nice safety valve for Maye in certain situations.
