No it was the whole offense including Mac, and Patricia still sucked, there’s a reason he was run out of Detroit and his entire team was trashing him in the media. Don’t let one guys bad play blind you from the foundational issues this team has
I don't care what was said about him in Detroit as a head coach. You're never going to be able to run a passable offense with a skittish, afraid QB who is a turnover machine. You can't win this way.
Bill O'Brien doesn't look any better with Mac. And it's not because Alabama fans hated O'Brien and were glad to se him gone even more than Lions fan were happy that Patricia was fired.
Patriots offense isn’t good enough to score 28 points in four quarters so it’s not happening in two. Best we as Patriots fans can hope for is an absolute massacre
I hope we draft the next Brady. I’ll even settle for Brady Cook (Missouri). If not him then S Sanders, M Penix, Bo Nix, Q Evers, Cam Ward…(we won’t be bad enough to draft the Drake…gotta love the Drake) I’m sure I’m missing a couple but I am done with Mac.
The team had one of the best defenses the Pats ever had and they still struggled to beat any good teams and couldn’t win in the playoffs. Brady also sulked all year long and then ran to the most talented team he could find in the off season.
Oh and all the usual suspects were saying Brady was the problem and talking about how shameful it was that he wasn’t buying into Bill’s archaic nonsense. For posterity, the 2019 team never won a game where the opposing team scored more than 17 points. That sounds familiar.
Jones has been bad today, several mind numbing decisions...this team cannot capitalize. you stop Dallas to a fg on first possession....then you put together a good drive, get inside the 20 and all of a sudden you go conservative...this team is built to win in 1993...it's built to go 6-11 in 2023
I made a post few weeks ago and got met by criticism…I wonder if those same individuals are still thinking the same.
Mac isn’t the guy, and BB isn’t GM worthy and the whole offense needs to be rebuild…again.
I hope Kraft realizes that BB the GM is incapable of building a solid offensive team. Times have changed, you need offense to score in order to win no matter how good the defense is.
