I get that you really want to believe that this is one players fault. But the team is just bad and everyone being remotely objective understands that. Mac is part of it, but he’s not the determinative factor. The team is **** and people who have been screaming it for years have had to deal with people looking for quick fixes because they can’t handle the idea that this is a bigger problem than any one position,
Belichick for decades was always ahead of the curve on changing trends in the NFL, but he has been way behind the curve on the current trends. He refuses to adapt to the fact that you need a lot of speed and playmakers on offense, this is an offensive focused, and a lot speed on defense. No matter what players you want to blame, this team lacks talent and are not suited to play the current NFL style.
