Bullpens are weird. Couple weeks ago, with Whitlock hurt, I’m not sure if there was a single arm that I trusted.

Now, with Brasier, Houck, Robles, etc and Whitlock closing, feels like a strength, particularly in the postseason which turn into bullpen games so often anyway, not to mention the frequent off days mean you don’t have to worry too much about overusing guys.

Stay tuned. And no matter what happens, this is fun

Big time K of Cruz, Eovaldi now at 56 pitches. Watching another lousy pop-up by Hunter Renfroe prompted me to some research, he has hit into 3 double plays and hit 4 pop-ups.
