Hard to get past the fact that the 2 highest-drafted receivers of the BB era were also the 2 biggest draft busts of the BB era.

Their "riser" list doesn't include Butler or Delmas? Did they watch the same combine I did?

Hard to figure. They also list Alphonso Smith as a "riser", and say he had a mid 4.4 time. He timed at 4.5, and while I think he looked ok and didn't hurt himself, I wouldn't have labelled him a "riser" in comparison to Butler.

I'd say Tony Pauline did, he just didn't see any significant move for those players, either on his own ranking or in the reaction from his 'sources.' Butler would have moved up slightly for me - I had him as an early-mid second round value - to late first consideration, but Delmas was already a late first in my mind, he cemented that ranking.
