Not sure, but I’d be surprised. They all saw a fair amount of reps during two straight days of joint practices. So it’s likely we’ll see another game like last week, with depth guys getting extra work.

Apparently not, they got a ton of work in joint practices and that’s enough. Unless I got some bad information.

Nope on the starters tonight

It's good to see what you got with the bubble guys though - it does make a difference for our shadow roster which is key to quality depth for a contender.

Things have certainly changed compared to when Parcells and BB would run players hard, play in sync by the end of preseason and get off to a strong start

That's part of why nowadays all of September seems like pre-season quality for nearly every team. It's wise not to get too high or low after early season wins or losses. All that matters is making the playoffs and peaking/being healthy in January. It's part of what comes with extending the season, limiting pre-season games and minimizing the mandatory practice time.

I think with all of that comes increased early-season injuries too as I think many players as a whole were in better condition before those changes - but hopefuly we avoid that. No doubt the players who are the best keep themselves in shape but for guys on the OL and D there's no substitute for playing together

I read the same, no to most key starters on both sides of the ball.
Selfishly would to see them, especially the new guys, but I’m glad they aren’t playing. Injury risk outweighs the good.

If the NFL wants to have a better product, they need to cancel the ability to do joint practices... and maybe should. The preseason use to be fun. Then joint practices basically became controlled preseason games you can't watch.
