Site News New Feature: Save Links

As part of the new LinkHub page, I added something where you can now save a link that someone posts here in the forum.

You'll now see a "Save" and "Read Later" button below each link:



When you go to the LinkHub page, it will then be available in that section under your user menu. Just click on the "Saved Links" or "Reading List" to access them.



Makes it a little easier if you come across an article you either don't have time to read now or one you'd like to keep for future reference.

I just fixed this where it now correctly lists the original person who provided the link, as well as including a link back to the thread/post it was in.

This now includes Twitter (X), YouTube, etc. If they're saved, added to a read list, it will pop up on LinkHub and you can access it by the links on the right where it says "My LinkHub." Just click "Saved Links" or "Reading List" and it will be listed there under your account.

There's a lot of cool stuff people share in here that I always say, "I definitely need to read/wacth that" and then I can't find it later. Started putting this together years ago and had wanted to tie it in, and I'm just glad to have finally done it.

I have a question. One of our sons is into gaming (not sports related) and has a lot of followers. Is it okay for me to provide a link to his site here?

Sure, that's certainly fine. Put it under "General" for the category, and I'll create a "Gaming" category later on to move it to.
