My cousin had a penthouse condo in Hull. He put it on the market last year and got a cash offer of $1.3M

The buyer was a young guy named Charlie Coyle! And that was 9 months before he was traded to the Bruins. So I know exactly what his place looks like because he even bought all my cousins furniture.
