So, how can they be stopped? And why the Jets?

Well, for starters, Gase will have the best quarterback in the division for the next decade.

So he's basically saying that the Pats will grow so old they wont be good anymore and that somehow means its the Jets that ends their dynasty?

Mehta tries to his best to make everything Jets do look good when he knows every move they make will work against them. He sure talks a lot about how every Jets' move will end Pats' dynasty before even talking about how it'll help build Jets team.

Its going to happen again
Quarterback goes to big College program is thought as a afterthought when drafted.
Shows hes a hard worker and has moxie.
Mcdaniels says they are prepping him like he will play.
Is touted to have a fast release and good but not great arm.
Dedicated to prove his doubters wrong and improve.
Next season Etling will elevate to number 2 QB and we will see Jimmy G 2.0 in preseason.
Down the road Darnold and Etling will battle and everyone will say Darnold is the better QB but on head to head matchup we will win.
Fast forward 2 more years people will say hes as good as Darnold others will say no because Darnold puts up more TDs but Etling will just win.
Fast forward another 2 years and 3 world championships later.
People will say Etling is a system QB.
Another year people will say hes great 2 more years people will put him as one of the greatest.
Darnold will win one superbowl in a year when we are ravaged with injuries Etling will carry the Brady magic.
The NFL will cry

The guy writes for a New York City newspaper and is trying to write something positive about the home team. I think most people in Boston would prefer that to the so called, "home team" Patriots writers in New England that rarely say something nice about one of the most dominant teams in all of sports for close to 20 years.

I hope you're right but no quarterback has ever been or likely ever will be as viciously obsessed with being great as Brady is. And that's what it took for that skinny, barely athletic guy from Michigan to be the greatest of all time.....Etling and Darnold?

Seems Father Time will ultimately win his battle with Brady, but that doesn't mean the whole organization tanks.
