Need several more than quality starts if we are to win it all him in the Pen would leave us too thin ar starter. I think this is the year he puts it together in October.

I am not a big baseball fan anymore, but I was from age 8 - 25. I have a buddy with season tickets but rarely attend a game. In fact, I've only been to 1 game in 10+ years: ALCS game #6 a few years back when they clinched the pennant at fenway. You know what's strange? It's not even something I think about all that often while many die hard fans would've killed to attend. I actually forget at times I was there. In fact, the 5 AFC Championship games I've attended rank WAY higher in my mind.

Considering the Sox bullpen nearly **** the bed last night, I agree. Some good sports on today for me. UF/LSU (and college ball in general), Sox/Yankmes, and the McGregor/Khabib fight.

The fun part of postseason is how a good manager can move pitchers around . Cora was brilliant last night using porcello... And it raises question of who gets used in game 2 ..? Steven Wright? There was mystery knee issue so who knows. Maybe they try Kelly and Johnson.. one game at a.... No.. one inning at a time ..lol

Wrights knee flared up, hes out for the series. Hopefully he can come back for the ALCS, hes been really good lately.

Other than the closer? Didn’t the Sox pummel Aroldis Chapman about 3x this year? Kimbrel may not be what he once was, but I don’t know if I’d necessarily consider him a weak link.

The rest of the bullpen has been shaky, for sure.

He already stated he isn’t going anywhere. Why would he, what team is going to pay him 30m a year?
