Too bad for Bills fans, Orton retired and now Doug Marone has opted out of his contract with the Bills, making him a free agent coach. I supposed they can hang their hat on going 9-7 and having no first round pick next year.

Bills have no first round pick this year, and no quarterback. And....

While Marrone was negotiating an extension beyond the two years remaining on his four-year $16 million deal, uncertainty over potential organizational changes influenced his decision, according to sources.

Marrone's clause also allows him to walk with his 2015 guaranteed base salary of $4 million without it counting as an offset against any future salary even if he should land another job, sources said. Marrone now is free to negotiate with any team seeking a head coach.

No way. Rex with that defense will be a problem, and if they happen to finally get a decent QB in the next two years they'll be a serious problem IMO.

How much of Rex's success on D against us can be attributed to the divisional rivalry though. I don't want Philben gone because he's beat the Pats a couple times in the last few years.

Rex is almost guaranteed ineptitude on offence and I'd take that with the entertainment value.
