Why would I ever want to take Tom Brady off the field?

"In my mind we have the greatest quarterback of all time on our team, and every time he has the ball in his hands we have the chance to do something great. So nothing has changed in that regard for me."
Bill Belichick said:
There’s no quarterback I’d rather have. I’ve said it before. There’s no quarterback I’d rather have. I’m not going to get into the ranking and all that, but I’m glad he’s our quarterback.
I never get tired of hearing these guys praise our quarterback.

Brady is the GOAT, one more SB win to make it unquestioned IMHO.

3 Reasons Tom Brady Is the Greatest NFL QB of All Time | Mike Dussault (Pats Propaganda) | B/R

Brady is at or near the top of every possible way to rank or measure a quarterback.

He's won a ton of games, both in the regular season and in the playoffs, over a still-going stretch of 12 seasons, minus 2008.

He's set records. He's done it in all kinds of weather. And he's done it against some of the most heralded defenses and players of the modern era.

And of course we can't forget Brady did it all as an unheralded sixth-round pick.

Even if he's not the best, there is no one better than Tom Brady. And this season, with a new crew of receivers, he has a chance to raise the bar even higher.

AND he's one it all without a longtime marquee receiver along the lines of Rice, Harrison and Wayne.

1. The win% and playoff wins are impressive
2. The passing stats don't matter as much. Passing rules dramatically changed after 2004. During Montana's time at most 1 QB would pass over 4000 yards or throw 30+ TD's while now 1/3 of starting QB's do that every year under flag football rules that hamstring dbacks
3. Montana won multiple rings before/without Rice. Brady had Moss and Welker half his career who put up record setting production.
4. Montana 4-0 in the Superbowl and his TD/int ratio will always come into play as Brady's "clutch" numbers have gone downhill the last 8 years of his career

He'll get one more for sure. You can quote me on that. Noway Brady doesn't retire with 4 rings.

sounds like Brady better study his Julius Caesar...looks like he's got a couple of Brutus and Cassius types waiting to plunge the dagger...
