Outside of one or two games this year, our defense has really played well...all this with Tavai and Myles Bryant on the field more than most of us would like lol, but anyway, a great job by the defense.

He's pretty bad. And sadly, Marcus has fallen apart at DB lately in big moments - wonder if he's hitting a rookie wall?
Will Jack Jones be back this week? And what about Parker, haven't heard anything about his concussion.

Marcus has been fine; in fact he had a huge int and td against the Bengals. He is being forced to play outside with the injuries at the position. He's naturally a slot player. Against Cincy, he was at a disadvantage going against a 6'4 receiver. He's only 5'8. I think he'll be a main stay for us going forward.

the big thing is that the defense is trying to adapt and do something within the game. Offense cant do anything. The D would get even more credit around new england for playing with this offense if Steve B is not part of it. Unfortunate nepotism nonsense has subdued it further.

Without a doubt. I think our future cb's will be Mills, Jack, Marcus and Jonathan if we decide to resign him. I'd expect us to draft or sign another cb via free agency. Wade has been a big disappointment this year and we saw it last week again with him giving up a td in his limited time on the field.

Marcus Jones is a Smurf and the coaches had him covering an NBA power forward.... another case of not putting guys in the best position for success

Without a doubt. I think our future cb's will be Mills, Jack, Marcus and Jonathan if we decide to resign him. I'd expect us to draft or sign another cb via free agency. Jon Jones probably isn’t coming back. He’s probably getting paid.

They’re also on the field all the time. Part of that is because the offense can’t stay on the field. ToP last game was 37-23 Bengals. Raiders game 33-27.

The only reason it matters is that it shows just how dysfunctional the offense and STs have been. Other than that . . .

Side note: I wasn’t a Lazar fan but the dude has really picked up his game.

Just curious who you would have liked for the Pats to cover Higgens? Remember now, Mills is hurt, Jack is hurt, Dugger is covering the tight end, Jonathan Jones is on Chase...I'm waiting...you saw what happened when we played zone the first half...they killed us. With the second half adjustment of going to man and blitzing, Cincy didn't score a point, but of course you don't mention that at all.

I guess people would have prefered them to draft Devin Lloyd in the 1st, same Devin Lloyd that has allowed nearly 700 yards receiving

It was only 21 degrees.

The Bengals play outside and its currently 15 degrees in Cincinnati. The Bengals stadium is on the Ohio river and it always feels colder near water.

Isn't the temp higher near the water in extreme cold?
