I believe NE has to. I believe there's been a protocol change whereby any player in "high risk" contact with a positive player have to isolate for 5 days even if negative. Makes sense, IMHO.

I’m going to ignore the aphorism about why you shouldn’t wrestle with a pig and reply anyways. We know no such thing. There is variation in when people test positive. Two people could be infected the same day and be tested every day and one can test positive two days after the other.
