For ya‘ll‘s Situational Awareness (SA)….. below are the Yahoo sports estimated times when each* team will pick in Round 1. Pats at 8 min after midnight ( or 6:08 for me).

(* Well almost each… my snips couldn’t seem to get 32 rows, so I left off the Jesters at spot 16 just for spite.)

I’m in Germany and am NOT waiting up this year. So I’m planning to get up at 5:45 (11:45 pm your time) and check the board then.

Providing the info as I didn’t see it elsewhere ( on main board) in case other fans in England, other Europe, Italy, etc etc want to set alarms.

3 hours till the 2026 draft kicks off. Start your engines.

I am hoping one of Max Iheanachor/ Blake Miller falls to 31. Other than Akheem Mesidor, I'm not a fan of the EDGE values at 31. But some good options should be available.

It's here,it's finally here, Christmas in April

Priority number #1 is to protect the franchise. After what we saw in the playoffs and Super Bowl was horrifying. If there is a T that drops, NE better take him. Edge is the next option. A trade out wouldn't shock me if they don't like who's available.

Agree 100%. If the top OT options are gone, I like Keylan Rutledge. He would be a tonesetter for the entire OL.

The joy of picking at the back again. Time to get our hearts broken.
They are trading back. No way they put Vrabel out there before May 27th if he is still the head coach. Things imo are very much in flux. Maybe they trade back because it's the right thing to do. Or...

maybe there IS a player they like sitting at 31 that will be gone by 32 or 33 etc. But they can't draft him because they won't put Vrabel out there. Thats a tough look.

Ready to go Mayo
I’m glad yourself or ManX started the thread. You both did some yeoman’s work in the draft thread

Yep. I have Ineachor at the top of my list but I don't think he's going to be there. I think a trade back is the most likely scenario.

Max Ineachor RT

Blake Miller RT

K.C. Concepcion WR

Kayden MacDonald DL

Gabe Jacas Edge

Malachi Lawrence Edge

Caleb Banks DL

Since you are one of the major draft gurus on this board, you must be psyched, this is like Christmas for you.

I agree, I’d be thrilled if we land Iheanachor/Miller. I’d like Edge with the next pick. I’d be fine if it’s Edge 1st round and Oline or TE in the 2nd round.

I’ll be sleeping when they announce NE trading out of round one.

Lomu is just as good an option at RT as Miller and Iheanachor.

But how long until the Patriots are on the clock?

Watching ESPN pre-draft and thought it was interesting that Goodell was asked about Vrabel before he was asked about the DoJ investigation.

If they’re trading down largely to avoid a Vrabel appearance, that is not the way to run a team.

There is zero chance that they will do that.
