New England Patriots linebacker Dont’a Hightower brought a little extra flair to Nashville during the NFL Draft Friday night.

Hightower, a Tennessee native, was chosen to announce the Patriots first selection in the third round.

When Hightower stepped to the podium, he wasted no time showing off his first two Super Bowl rings with a funny scratch of his face before stating the pick.

“With the 45th pick in 2019 NFL Draft, The champs select JoeJuan Williams DB Vanderbilt” Hightower said with a smile.

Hightower will add to his ring collection at a team party later on this summer celebrating the Super Bowl LIII championship.

A few Patriots shared their reaction to the rings.
