NFL News Dolphins Trading Jaylen Waddle to Broncos

The dolphins now pick immediately before us in the first, third and fourth rounds.

Also suggests we'll struggle to get AJ Brown for less than a first.

1st, 3rd and 4th for Waddle which I think is too much will make Brown untouchable without selling the farm.

Too bad we share a division with Jets and Dolphins

Absolutely incredible how they make other teams in the NFL and the AFC better for no reason other than their own stupidity

Excellent move by Denver. Maye would be the best QB in the NFL if he was surrounded by as much talent as Nix (not to mention the offensive-minded HC). Broncos are a problem for the foreseeable future, and I have them ahead of the Pats quite clearly after this move.

This is a great move by Denver. They lacked firepower and there was very little chance they get anyone comparable to Waddle in the first round anyways. Huge improvement.

That's not a bad thing it should be 3/4 wins most seasons, i would much rather have 4 games against them than get the odd good deal.

Dolphins getting Malik Willis then leaving him no one to throw to, Jets and Dolphins do this full rebuild thing every 3/4 years.

Teams do this over and over but the truth is no such thing as a rebuild unless you hit on a quarterback it doesn't matter how many other picks you hit, it's amazing how many of the Patriots problems got hidden because Drake played like an MVP and the minute he didn't play like an MVP the whole thing on offense started to look like a bit of a disaster again.

Waddle is much more valuable than Brown.

I think Brown is better than Waddle, but Waddle is a year and half younger and doesn't have the long term medical concerns that Brown has. That said, I think I would rather have Brown in the short term. Brown is a proven legitimate #1 elite WR. Waddle has been a #2 WR with #1 potential. Not sure how Waddle will do when drawing #1 coverage consistently.

Let’s see if the Pats step up and give Maye a bonafide WR 1.

Was kind of hoping we would make a call on him but assumed we would pay the "in division tax" but I agree with some of the other posters that this doesn't help us when it comes to compensation on AJ Brown.
