George Pickens. Our first is going to the Eagles or Cowboys isn’t it.
For Pickens or Brown.
Andy Reid has done the best job of it since Belichick.Thats why I said the smart ones can manage it to the best extent. There aren't many of those around and those teams pay the price.
Yeah, Evans has all the makings of a guy that's starting to break down.Mike Evans hamstrings vs 49ers sub station.
100% guaranteed minimum 4 week injury.
49ers pushed a lot of salary out. Warner, Kittle, McCaffery, Aiyuk, Mykel Williams.. All with Salary converted to Signing bonus.49ers have so many players including the QB on massive deals now sign Evans, don't tell me the "cap" is important.
If you're willing to spend it's just accounting.
U make a great case UGA.. I definitely believe they are going to tag him if they can't get a deal done.. but hopefully he stays... whenever you have a top 5 player at any position gotta retain them..Honestly? I could dead ass see that contract being the domino that eventually gets Gonzo traded.
Yep the Cap is Crap brigade just listens to Felger. Its unfortunate.Andy Reid has done the best job of it since Belichick.
Reid had to trade Tyreek Hill, let his All Pro LT Orlando Brown walk and his entire Pro Bowl defensive backfield leave or get traded away… all for draft picks.
The cap isn’t crap. Walton who own the Broncos has more money than any owner. Before that it was Paul Allen who owned the Seahawks. This isn’t baseball, there’s a hard cap. If there wasn’t, there would be super teams like the Yankees and Dodgers who simply outspend everyone every year. That doesn’t happen for a reason.
It's the smugness, and the smugness due to the fact that he just parrots what agents tell him, and he acts like he's Woodward/Bernstein.I get it. It's the smugness.
3 years? Seriously?
They tell us the cap doesn’t exist when team X Is spending through the nose, then years later when team X has a four win record and is dead last in cap space… these same people are pointing at team Y saying “look how much they’re spending.”Yep the Cap is Crap brigade just listens to Felger. Its unfortunate.
He’s an afterthought receiver not a guy you spend big on.The 3 years prior in NO with Carr he averaged between 15-17 ypc. Yeah it dropped significantly last year in that 11-12 range but could be due to the rookie qbs in NO. It could improve with Maye.
I'm surprised Kittle didn't retire.49ers pushed a lot of salary out. Warner, Kittle, McCaffery, Aiyuk, Mykel Williams.. All with Salary converted to Signing bonus.
