Worth is subjective but if anyone thinks they're getting a productive WR sub 30 anymore they're living in the wrong timeline.
Same with all of these contracts though within a year or two 29m won’t even be that much it’ll be middle of the pack or low end #WR1 money it’s why waiting on the Gonzalez contract is only going to hurt the Pats who will have to pay more the longer they wait. Not worth 29 million. **** these salaries are getting stupid.
He's also like the third weapon in that offense. All the attention that gets paid to the TE and RB allow him to get open down the field. Not saying he's bad, but it's not a terrible offense to be in for him.Seriously though, 116m is a ton of money, but he’s just tied his professional future to Daniel Jones, when he could have had Maye, Hebert, and possibly others. I don’t want to hear this guy whining about wanting to play for a winner at a trade deadline in the near future. He could have gotten 116m or possibly more elsewhere, and have had that real contender now.
Guy specifically said he wanted to compete and valued QB stability most of all, just to sign back with a team with absolutely zero QB stability or ability to compete lol. I wish guys would just say "I want the most money"Maybe he likes it in Indy, otherwise you think he’d wanna go with a better quarterback
I was quite up on his statement. Just goes to show how wrong you can be. And what a load of BS it wasThat's a lot. I realize the cap has jumped quite a bit but that's a ton for Pierce who has yet to prove it...
So much for wanting "QB stability" and wanting to compete, right? Lol. Indy is a dumpster and they have wonder boy Daniel Jones on contract for 1 year.
He had 1000 yards last year and back to back seasons over 20 yards per catchThat's a lot. I realize the cap has jumped quite a bit but that's a ton for Pierce who has yet to prove it...

Anything players say publicly especially during this time is always negotiations.Guy specifically said he wanted to compete and valued QB stability most of all, just to sign back with a team with absolutely zero QB stability or ability to compete lol. Nope, I have been fooled too many times by hints from Zo.FWIW, Zo just got a text that made him smile. He said there may be news locally by 1PM.
