The usual suspects (Felger, Nick Wright, Floria et al) are going on at great length about the Pats clearly cheating with their injury reports (re Campbell and Maye) and speculating about how the league HAS to investigate and draft pick loss. However, they do allow that it shouldn't be worse than sixth rounders.

Must be nothing to talk about. Season's over. Nothing stirs up the masses and gets clicks like drummed up Pats "scandals".

NFL teams "massage" the injury list. That's not news.

They followed the rules. Maye was listed as shoulder and he was playing. Probable designation was eliminated years ago and he wasn't questionable so 100% within guidelines.

Having a tear for Campbell is meaningless, if in no pain and not limited in practice no designation required.

Pretty simple on this one. Blowhards being blowhards.

Felger is a Green Bay fan, who does his best to create his daily nontroversy... gets the callers all riled up.
Felger has no socially redeeming value, ignore him...

Yep, this is it.

The players likely would have been "Probable" under the old rules but that designation was removed so the only options are being taken off the list or being made "Questionable". If the player is taking part in multiple full practices before the game then it makes perfect sense to remove them from the list.

If the team left them as "Questionable" despite practicing in full for most or all of the week prior then these talking heads would say that was cheating too.

They both played in the game. How daft are they?

Wright has been so douchey to Kevin Wilkes on that show after the Pats lost.

Not that this is uncharted territory for him.

Less than a week until Ash Wednesday… bye bye social media! (which sucks because that includes this place, but I need a mental palate reset )

The injury report doesn’t say you have to list meds you’re taking and how healthy every body part is, if they participated fully then the Patriots did nothing wrong.

When I used to listen to local sports radio Felger would say why would I let facts get in the way of a juicy story, so most of what comes out of his mouth is BS.
