I booked a 2 week cruise out of NYC last summer. Patriots going to the Super Bowl was not a consideration I had at that time. The Super Bowl in going to be on everywhere here. All the venues, theater, pool, atrium, etc. I will be surrounded by people from NY/NJ watching it. The Jets fans will either have the pain of watching the Patriots win or Sam Darnold win.

Picking up my son tomorrow, and he's coming home to watch it with us. And obviously, I'll be on here in the game thread, hopefully reading about how they have no shot, only to see the tide turn and then end up with all of us celebrating. For those who tend to be negative, please do us all a favor and stick with tradition this weekend. Can't have anyone jinxing things.
I plan on replying to every single post by @Ring 6 and leaving just the tiniest room for him to nitpick me in hopes of turning it into a 200 reply long argument spanning over 180 pages.

Thank you for the warning.

You poor guy. You're going to need a vacation after the boat docks. Hopefully you have a balcony cabin to avoid the stank.

My family moved from Maine to Ohio early on in my life. As the youngest child my dog and I will be hosting my parents and brother at our house. Keeping it easy and getting wings from a local outfit. Also have some beers from Definitive Brewing from Kittery Maine when I was there in June I have saved.

You are a model of what some people in the GDT should do.
I stopped going there around ten years ago. I haven't missed anything, have I?

@neuronet , @n1997y and @PatsFanInVa - give them by best. Those guys have been super nice to me over the years and my hope is to make it there to meet them at some point. Just a terrific group of people and I always get excited when I see people talking about that place.
Okay, just tried the guy was passing out a qr code for patriots.com

i watch the game alone.

Much like last two weeks, when it gets tense, i may not be the best host/company...
Me too. I used to be super intense and would get annoyed at family and friends chatting when I am so emotionally invested during Pats games - even regular seasons ones. So, I just started watching games alone.

Many years later, I am much more "mature" about it but still like to watch alone. Playoff games I definitely watch alone unless wife decides to join me to root against Pats, usually when playing Mahomes and before him, Rodgers.
