NFL News Kraft not voted into HoF 2026

Good, now we can have Bob and BB on the same stage for the induction. I forgot BB won't be attending.
 
 
I would love to see the Pats win on Sunday and have Kraft raise the Lombardi trophy and say something like, " The Hall of Fame is nice but hoisting this is a lot nicer." Not going to happen but I can dream.....
At some point you have to realize that the "cool kids" are not going to let you in their inner circle of the club no matter what you do so you have to say "F it" and doing what you want no matter how many eggs get cracked.
 
It wouldn't surprise me if it comes out that Kraft made it but the optics would have been terrible so they pulled it behind the scenes. Sounds like a good 30 for 30 on some crappy network.
 
So the guy that many people here thought had the juice to keep BB out once again lacked the juice to get himself in?

 
Doesn't bother me all that much, but the fact that voters don't even try to hide their anti-Patriots bias is crazy. Most of the country would LOVE to see the Patriots lose on Sunday, especially by being porked by the refs.

You know how I love me some conspiracies... I could envision a world where he lobbied to keep him out, only to have voters turned off and keep him out because of it. But, to your point, you are correct, he can't seem to get himself in.
 
I said it in the other thread: It sucks that the guy supposed to advocate for the Patriots hates the Patriots.
 
Team owners in the HOF is a weird concept to me but it's what they do and I don't understand what the justification is for why he isn't one of the ones in there.
 
I've never been a fan of team owners in the Hall of Fame. It's for the players, not the people writing the checks. With that being said, since they do induct owners, Kraft should be in it, and this is just another snub.
 
The NYJFL just loves towel-snapping and pantsing SpongeBob the Waterboy...

I could see me picking only players if I had a vote, with Kraft or Belichick.
