2026 Draft: Tight Ends

A senior bowl invite is interesting for Klein. I wonder if he’s better thought by the league of than punditry thinks. Don’t forget he’s a Feldman freak reportedly more athletic than Loveland.

One TD in Three years Priority UDFA. Colston Loveland is a Beast!!

I saw those tweets yesterday. I need to look into him.

That move would break even Gonzo's ankles...that was sick! We saw his peer Oronde Gadsden made a splash with the Chargers: day 3 selection last draft.

If Loveland is a beast and Klein is reportedly more athletic, maybe he won't be a UDFA. just saying.

Lance Zierlein, who compiles NFL.com's scouting reports, on Sam Roush at day 1 of the Senior Bowl

"
Roush is the prototypical “Y” tight end with the big, well-defined frame of a five-year NFL veteran. His arms measured much shorter than expected (31 inches), but that didn’t keep him from doing his job as a run blocker in the practice reps I saw on Tuesday. He showed off good hand placement and consistent strain that will catch the eyes of evaluators when they watch the tape.

Roush can handle possession throws and zone-beaters underneath, but he’s not going to light up stat columns. He’s the best pure drive blocker among tight ends in this year’s draft, though. He needs to continue to prove it over the rest of the week to solidify his standing as a middle-round pick.

No T-Rex arms TE's please.

Hello @manxman2601 @mayoclinic @bakes781 can we talk up the TE position too. It seems like you all have been little biased towards the WR position like *some people*.

I love TE, much more than WRs. I'm just not very excited about this group.

But Jamari Johnson in 2027, baby!!!

I love BJs.

Wholesale Club lol

I'm still holding out hope for Dippre but yeah I like Villari as that Swiss army knife.

I think we need to draft a TE, but here are my questions about the TE position for this team. We have 32 year old Hunter Henry and 24 year old Dippre. So do we resign Hooper who plays a decent role and is cheap-ish. Do we make a big ish signing with Pitts, Otten, Chig Okonk, Likely Or sign a younger guy with some upside like Dulchich?

Curious on thoughts here

I can't see us making a big $ investment in TE. If we can hit in the draft that will set us up for the longterm.

I could see us taking a flier on Mo Alie-Cox

TE speeds in the Senior Bowl. Kacmarek (2nd) and Roush (3rd) are two of my favourites.

TE is a really hard group for me to get any perspective on this year. It's a very deep class, just without anyone other than Sadiq standing out. There's going to be a lot going in the 3rd-5th range and I can't get a grip on who will be the ones to take.

Where was that speed on the College level?? Were they being held back??
