I actually think he wants out more. Everybody is leaving but he’s getting left out.

Van Noy was traded for a swap of a 6th and 7th round pick, so basically for free. Big difference compared to trading a 3rd or whatever.
I just think the tight end position is going to continue to be devalued in the modern NFL. There's only a handful of tight ends who are better than a team's third or even fourth receiver and a player like Kelce is mainly used as a receiver anyways. You look for guys who can make mismatches regardless of their listed position and most of those guys are receivers. Tight end is just kind of a dead position in college, only a handful of teams use one (Iowa, Alabama, Miami, Notre Dame) so those guys are your only options and they end up overdrafted a lot of the time.
We got a 4th round pick from Tampa in exchange for Gronk and a 7th. We got something out of nothing essentially since Gronk had previously been retired. I don't see what the big deal is.
What I am concerned about is that the Patriots never drafted a TE replacement even when the writing was on the wall that Gronk wanted to hang em up after the Superbowl win over the Rams.
They even had Butler. Oh, wait...The Pats had Gronk and Brady and lost a SB to the Eagles
I’ll ballwash. The elephant in the room even BB ballwashers can't deny:
WHY ARE WE "UP AGAINST THE CAP" with a team of no stars(exception Gilmore), geriatrics and mediocre bums? This 2020 team stinks. I guess "fate" just mismanaged the roster huh?
Lmao. Come on man. We are talking about the 7-9 Bucs. The only thing that has changed is Tom Brady. What exactly will be interesting to see ? The Bucs almost most certainly will have a better record this season.
Brady went to a team that has a lot more talent given that they have been drafting almost exclusively in the top 10 or low teens. Especially now after getting Gronk anything but a SB title is a disappointment over there.
Whereas a winning season for the Pats would be quite the accomplishment while they rebuild.
I see it as a win/win. We get to see Brady hopefully dominate and deny Mahomes and KC another title while we also can enjoy seeing how BB starts his rebuild. Best of both worlds really.
How is this a real discussion? Brees and Rodgers only have one SB each, that’s how hard it is to win one
If the bucs are out there raising a banner you can take the players side if you like but I'm gonna look at it as a missed opportunity for number 7.
Gronk did what was best for him and I dont fault him for it.
But its crazy to see bill lose two goats for a 4th round pick and a likely 3rd round comp pick.
The Buchanon part is going over my head
He's probably related to the Bucs' comp pick. The Buchanon part is going over my head
Gronk really did us a solid
