If he doesn't get the number I guess we will get to see how much he is willing to fall in line pretty quickly.
True. #81 is a nice alternative anyway.

Come on let's be real. He's getting paid $15m dollars and Watson is suspended the first 4 weeks of the season. AB will get his jersey number.

I'm more worried about how quickly we can integrate him into the offense because he hasn't had a single session of practice with Brady yet!

The cherry on top of all this is if AB behaves this year lol

Was hoping he wouldn't get his jersey number as a first step on falling in line and showing a new start...

Brown is staying with the Brady's until he gets a place of his own.

This is still cracking me up, over an hour later.

I’m glad we got him but man I hope he chills out. I’d hate to have the league eating popcorn and watching our ****show unfold.

How the WR group looked on April 1st vs. now

Edelman, Dorsett, Harris, Ellington, Berrios, D. Patterson
vs.
Brown, Edelman, Gordon, Thomas, Dorsett, Meyers

Not sure if this has been discussed, but in the postgame beddard (spelling?) is saying that he thinks AB might be signing a four year deal tomorrow. But something about it being void after the first year? Idk

Very long article here. Some points include that Brown transformed very, very quickly from a model citizen to disgruntled last year. A lot of optimism here, as Big Ben is always the real problem with that organization, which we already know...he is a total d-bag and Tomlin has chained his career to Ben in a pathetic, deferential way.

After reading this and considering what a great teammate Brady is (in particular, how leadership and work ethic), I am way more optimistic that this will work out. Still have no idea about the Raiders fiasco, though.

How Mike Tomlin's Big Three Became Just Big Ben

AB costing the Squealers more cap space than the Pats this year.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. I had no idea just how dysfunctional things are in that organization.
