I got the mayo/wheat part. I was getting at the filling. At first I thought bacon, but it looks too wet. Then I thought roasted red peppers, but I don't think that is right, either.

Plus, if there is a person eating turkey and roasted red peppers with mayo on wheat, I hope that picture was posted from an asylum.

Looking at Mayo on Wikipedia....how about "The Doctor", or better - "The Surgeon" after the Mayo Clinic. I was going to suggest "DJ", since there's a British radio presenter called Simon Mayo, but that's worse than the first two and you don't know who he is
